here is a shot of one of my mock ups for a new line of wall sculptures.....
i carved it originally out of jeweler's wax, then had it molded and cast in resin.....
it is a replica of a 1965 SLR camera. i made a little hole in the back so it hangs right on the wall.
it is about 1.5 inches tall and 3 inches long.......goes perfectly with my mini replica of a 1960's airstream trailer i did and cast in bronze. i titled that piece "blue skies ahead"(a favorite saying of my father's, and family motto). each piece in this series comes from memories in my own childhood.
